About the content on this site
Product photographs, specifications, load ratings and technical descriptions are provided for guidance when you are deciding what to order. They describe the product families we manufacture. They are not a contract, and no part of this site creates one. The specification that governs any supply is the one agreed in writing on the order confirmation and sales contract.
Figures published on this site
Statistical figures published on this site — years in business, number of export countries, cumulative units shipped, factory area, capacity and lead times — are indicative and are reviewed before each publication. They are not warranties. If a figure matters to your decision, ask us to confirm it in writing for the batch you are ordering.
Orders and quotations
An inquiry sent through this site is a request for a quotation, not an order, and it does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written order confirmation or sales contract that you accept. Prices, lead times and availability quoted through this site are valid for the period stated in the quotation and are subject to confirmation at the time of order.
Intellectual property
The Easooty name, logo, site design, photography of our own products and factory, and the text on this site belong to Ningbo Yishu Trading Co., Ltd. You may quote and link to this site, and print pages for your own internal reference. You may not reproduce substantial parts of it commercially without written permission.
Liability
We provide this site as is. To the extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the content of this site as a specification or a warranty. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Where you are a consumer in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your own country, and nothing here removes it. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer forum you may use.
